Brilliant Life Coaching is a six-session, three-month coaching experience designed for people who did everything they were supposed to do—
and still find themselves tired, disconnected, or quietly falling apart.
This is not about fixing a broken life.
It’s about waking up to the life that’s been waiting for you.
Using my six-phase Brilliant Life Journey method, we move step-by-step from clarity to action, from survival to intentional living—without rushing, forcing, or blowing up your entire life overnight.
We meet once every two weeks so you have time to integrate what you learn, experiment in real life, and build momentum that actually lasts.

Phase 3: ACTIVATE - build supportive habits & routines
Now we bring your insights into daily life.
You’ll focus on mindset, small habits, routines, nourishment, movement, rest, connection, and joy—without perfection.
This is where life starts to feel lighter and more energized again.
Phase 4: ELIMINATE - let go of what's holding you back
This phase is about removing what no longer serves you.
Unhealthy patterns, limiting beliefs, external harm, and outdated identities begin to fall away—gently but intentionally.
You create boundaries and clarity that protect your future self.
Phase 5: ACCELERATE - raise your standard & expand your life
Here we raise the bar.
You’ll prioritize your health, strengthen your mindset, surround yourself with supportive people, and begin setting meaningful goals.
This phase is about stepping fully into your potential and believing it’s possible.
Phase 6: NAVIGATE - strengthen relationships & move forward
We integrate everything into your relationships and future path.
You’ll learn how to show up powerfully, support others without losing yourself, and move forward with integrity.
