Join our 75 Hard Cohort, starting February 15, and take on this powerful mental and physical challenge together. You won’t be doing it alone—we’ll complete all 75 days as a group, with weekly Google Meet check-ins for accountability, motivation, and support. There’s a $50 buy-in to lock in your commitment, and those who successfully complete the 75 days will split the pot. In other words, any unredeemed money will be split among those who finish, rewarding consistency and follow-through. 75 Hard is a 75-day mental toughness and discipline challenge created by Andy Frisella.

It’s not a fitness program—it’s a commitment to building consistency, resilience, and self-accountability through daily non-negotiable actions.​

For 75 consecutive days...

participants must complete all of the following every single day:

  • Follow a structured diet of your choice (no cheat meals, no alcohol)

  • Complete two 45-minute workouts, with one workout outdoors (rain or shine)

  • Drink 1 gallon of water

  • Read 10 pages of a non-fiction, self-development book

  • Take a daily progress photo

If you miss any single task, you start over at Day 1.

The goal of 75 Hard isn’t just physical change—it’s about training your mind to keep commitments, push through resistance, and build unshakable discipline. Many people finish feeling more confident, focused, and in control of their habits long after the 75 days are over.
