The Wheel of Daily Habits is a tool for evaluating different areas of healthy daily activities, then seeing them as a whole. Rate each of the categories with a score from 1-10 based on how well you accomplish them on an average day. Fill in each section up to that number. Evaluate how balanced your daily habits are and which areas need improvement.
