The first coaching session will focus on getting to know you, your expectations, and your specific goals. From there we will have weekly meetings to keep you on track, and utilize resources like the Goal Breakdown Matrix, Value Cards, and the Wheel of Life. Meet with Kylie for a short phone call and decide if her Life Empowerment Coaching is right for you. After your conversation you can book a 3-month Coaching package for $495.
