Service Description

Are you trapped in a life and a body that you hate? Are you unhappy even though your life is considered "good" by society's standards? You can change your life! Meet with Jake one-on-one to learn from his experience as you dive deep into your own unique story. The first coaching session will focus on getting to know you, your expectations, and your specific goals. From there we will utilize resources like the Goal Breakdown Matrix, Value Cards, and the Wheel of Life. We will meet every week for 30 minutes to keep you accountable and give you specific areas to focus on. Meet with Jake for a short phone call and decide if his Life Empowerment Coaching is right for you. After your conversation you can book a 3-month Coaching package for $495.
